Winco Window Company is Hiring a Purchasing Agent Near University, MO
- Provide support for the procurement department
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing and lead times
- Day to day purchasing for all companies
- Creating and sending Purchase orders, and following up with acknowledgements
- Validating Invoices when needed
- Receiving inbound product in the system when needed
- Working with Estimating department obtaining buyout pricing when needed
- Tracking open PO’s on a bi-weekly basis
- Participate in bi-weekly Production meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of administration and/or procurement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear sense for time management, organization, and accountability
